June Homeless Outreach Event #2

This is us, Helping Hearts of BiH team on a wonderful Sunday morning joining other volunteers at the Downtown Islamic Center to prepare 60 lunch boxes for homeless community in Chicago. After this event, our group decided to visit a tent city and distribute these food boxes along with our 72 dental hygiene kits sponsored by Smile Science Chicago. . We've had a total of 12 Helping Hearts of BiH volunteers joining us this morning. Out of the 12, we've recruited 2 at the DIC. 😍 They heard about our events and asked if they could join us to the tent city and our future events. . As you can see from our stories and the pictures everyone was very happy to be here and do something amazing for our community! 🙏
